Warranty Information

Limited Warranty

• C-TAC Airsoft warrants the AEG against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 15 days from the original date of purchase.
• Warranty coverage includes internal parts of the gearbox. The cosmetics parts, battery and charger are not covered by warranty.
• We inspect and test each product before delivery to the customer. In the warranty period, the repair service will be provided by our appointed certified technicians after determining the issue or damage in defect of the material and workmanship.
• This warranty does not apply to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication or other products. Disassembly or modification in whole or in part will void the warranty. Removing or defacing the C-TAC serial number will also void warranty.

Maintenance & Replacement Parts

• We recommend changing the hop-up bucking and rubber after 30,000 shots.
• Parts can be obtained through your nearest authorized retailer.
